Very nice hotel. Very nice and kind people. Excellent restaurant. delicious local wines and excellent pizza.

Good standard hotel, above average for the area. Friendly reception staff, clean rooms and it deserves five stars except that there is the kitchen used for dinner. My wife and I ordered two pizzas that we could not cut with the knives served, forcing us to eat them with our hands. How sad

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel with friends. As for the rooms, nothing to say. The half board service was terrible, poor food, but above all without flavour. The next evening we decided to eat in the à la carte restaurant, not bad, even if the staff were not very helpful, we waited 2 hours to get some pizzas. The color is a bit poor. The service staff (cleaning) is also very grumpy and not at all helpful, rather annoyed towards customers. I don't know if I would go back!

Beautiful place and I recommend it. reception: good, kind, polite and helpful. Excellent food: very good and delicious with fantastic breakfast, sublime dinner and lunch. Rooms: brand new and very clean. Excellent location: with a wonderful view and will amaze you... Everyone go there♥️♥️♥️I recommend it🥳⭐😘

Excellent hotel with excellent restaurant. Spacious and new rooms. Very close to the highway. All positive. Perhaps the only flaw was that the reception staff were a little cold towards guests.

When returning from holidays we always look for a hotel to break up the journey, this one struck us with its location (very good) and the rooms which from the images were and confirmed to be very large and modern, as were the hotel spaces and the restaurant. However, despite ourselves, we were the protagonists of some misadventures related to the room which undermined the serenity of our rest. As soon as we arrive (still late afternoon) we point out that the room is cold and that the bathroom ventilation system is particularly noisy, they turn on the heating whose fans (set to any low high or eco mode) are noisy and seem to bang as if against something these noises end right above the double bed, we go down to dinner with a guarantee from the management that they will resolve it, but after dinner they tell us that the maintenance man is absent, which they believe they have resolved, but that if this is not the case, our room will be changed. In the meantime it was 10.15pm, the noises are deafening, even if we turn off the heating with just the bathroom fan, we change rooms at 10.45pm, the room in front, but the problem is the same although attenuated, here even the heating even turns off even if we turn it off turns on from time to time. The next day at the time of the bill, despite what was told and experienced with the same person who had assisted us and checked out, we were given a discount of just 2 euros (for the bottles of water). I would add a comment on the restaurant: dinner went well, but slow service and dishes arrived asynchronously to the table, breakfast not adequate for what the hotel aims to be, confusing, sparse and with an automatic machine for hot drinks (not justifiable given the presence of few people in the breakfast room). We won't be returning.

Beautiful hotel, near the motorway, with video-monitored parking. Good and enough breakfast, restaurant to recommend. We will definitely return.

Locale molto bello e curato. Personale cortese. Sul cibo ho qualche perplessità: le seppie avevano un odore che nulla aveva a che fare col pesce fresco. Infatti non le ho mangiate…. Non male il riso ai funghi. Non so se tornerei… chi era con me invece è rimasta soddisfatta.

Ristorante situato all'interno del BHotel nei pressi dell'uscita autostradale Lagonegro, l'esperienza è stata più che positiva, cibo ottimo e porzioni abbondanti, molto apprezzata l'attenzione ai prodotti locali, servizio attento e cordiale, ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliato!
