At the Taverna della Taragna my experience was overall good.
The place is welcoming, with a rustic atmosphere, friendly and fast service.
I tried some typical dishes, such as taragna (obviously) and a second course of meat, which were tasty but not exceptional.
The value for money is average, overall, a decent experience, but not memorable enough to make me come back straight away.

My boyfriend and I stopped by a bit by chance, after several restaurants in the area were no longer accepting reservations at 1.15pm. On the contrary, at the Taragna tavern they immediately welcomed us with kindness. Attentive service despite the many diners, I recommend the cured meats and the trio of meats with taragna polenta which were really excellent.

I spent Valentine's evening in this restaurant and I really felt at home.
The atmosphere was very welcoming, the staff super friendly, Gaetano super kind and nice, helpful and attentive to every detail.
The food was delicious.
Each course was a pleasant surprise, with balanced and authentic flavours. An experience I would gladly repeat. Highly recommended!

I really appreciated that the place is open all day, having left the spa at 2.30pm I was afraid of not finding a place that would give us food and of having to settle for toast or sandwiches, but instead we ate very well, excellent casoncelli and amazing taragna polenta.
Clean place, fair price: one dish each, water and coffee 20 euros each.
