Micro In Cervia

17/12/2024: The place looks quite nice both as a bar and as a restaurant. My girlfriend and I opted for a second course of meat and one of fish with a mixed vegetable as a side dish: the sea bass fillet at €18 could fit the bill, but it seemed a little tasteless (the raw material didn't seem excellent), a little raw, with uncooked and charred courgettes and potatoes. My meat second course for €15 with bacon almost entirely made up of fat which in the long run makes chewing boring (nausea). The side dish at €6.50 is too expensive if you consider that in other restaurants in the area it costs around €5. I won't comment on the pizza because we haven't tried it but seeing it I notice that unfortunately it is like many others prepared in the area: very thin, crunchy and burnt. The service for me was awkward and unprepared for our questions about what they offer on the menu. I think it's the basis. Alas, better ones in the area can be found almost everywhere.

14/12/2024: I already knew it so no surprises, and I recommend it without any doubt. The only flaw is a little noisy but it can be overcome.
