From 6 pm until late at night, especially in the summer, this pub is a safe haven even in the most desperate moments of nighttime hunger – word of my daughter, who goes out with friends and knows she can always count on that good, fast, and humanely priced sandwich. Every time I return to Scalea, it is a fixed stop. And every time, it is as if time stops for a moment. Because there are places that are not forgotten. And people like Peppino who make these places unforgettable.

We stayed with our family over the long weekend of April 25th, the food wasn't the best, as was the staff who aren't very attentive to needs, at most it might be good for kids because it has lower prices than other places
