Working on a construction site in San Siro, during our break, we looked for a place to eat lunch. We found this take-away pizzeria, but you can still sit down and eat on site. An exceptional pizza, a very digestible dough, with excellent quality toppings, as well as abundant in quantity. Michele, the owner, is very kind and has the customer at heart, he cares about satisfying your every need. I tried everything, in addition to pizza slices, panzerotti, focaccia pugliese and various!! I recommend trying this experience to everyone!!

Excellent pizza by the slice. A homely atmosphere, as the Milanese GenZ say, “sincere”, and not at all chic. Don’t expect dough with flours made from rare grains from exotic lands, blue Himalayan salts or incomprehensible menus via QRCode: you can enjoy the ancient pleasure of eating pizza without knowing where the f*ck the tomato was grown or what the name of the owner of the mill that made the oil is. In a city full of fake artisanal evo 4.0 gourmet franchise pizzerias and ice cream shops, where good branding counts more than substance, Michele’s is a real resistance. I felt like having another slice while I was writing. Ps: if this place also becomes a franchise I’ll go vegan

Panattonin

27/08/2025: Brilliant! The combination of the "bread" of the sweet panettone and the flavors of Milanese cuisine works brilliantly. The contrast isn't distracting at all; on the contrary, it really highlights the flavors. We had the panattonin a la manera del cusina (cuisine-style panattonin), which was incredible. Amazing! We also wanted to try the classic Milanese dish: risotto with ossobuco. This was also very good. We tried the shank, which was huge and incredibly tender! Truly the best! We thought the desserts couldn't match the savory ones, but we were wrong. We had a tiramisu, a mini panattonin with custard, and an apple tart. The one with custard was out of this world, a homemade custard from a real pastry shop. The staff was courteous and friendly, the service was quick, and the quality/price ratio was excellent. We'll get a weekly subscription!
