We chose Seby for our wedding and were completely satisfied. He carefully listened to our needs and proposed a menu that perfectly reflected the style of the event. The food was excellent—the aperitif corner, the buffet corner, and the lunch—all excellent, with delicious and carefully presented dishes, and our guests complimented the quality. The organization was impeccable, with attention to every detail, and the staff was always friendly and smiling. Carmen, one of a kind, handled everything with great professionalism. From the outside it didn't look like anything special, we went in for the promo brioche+granita 3€ and croissant+coffee 1.5€ The pastries were delicious, large and filled to bursting We took advantage of the opportunity to also get a "take-away lunch": arancini, panzerotto, and more (4 large pieces) All delicious When she did the bill and said 10€ including breakfast (granita+brioche and pasta+coffee) I didn't want to believe it Ps: the girl at the counter is very nice and already on the second day she treated us like family (obviously we went there every day we were in Noto) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
