We chose Seby for our wedding and were completely satisfied. He carefully listened to our needs and proposed a menu that perfectly reflected the style of the event. The food was excellent—the aperitif corner, the buffet corner, and the lunch—all excellent, with delicious and carefully presented dishes, and our guests complimented the quality. The organization was impeccable, with attention to every detail, and the staff was always friendly and smiling. Carmen, one of a kind, handled everything with great professionalism. From the outside it didn't look like much, but we went in for the special offer: a brioche and granita for €3 and a croissant and coffee for €1.50. The pastries were simply delicious, large and filled to bursting point. We also took advantage of the opportunity to order a "take-out lunch": arancini, panzerotto, and more (4 large pieces). Everything was delicious. When she added the bill and said €10 including breakfast (granita, brioche, pasta, and coffee), I couldn't believe it. P.S.: The girl at the counter is really nice, and by the second day, she was treating us like family (obviously, we went there every day we were in Noto). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
