I've eaten at Mian several times, the broth at the base of their ramen is excellent. The menu is varied and offers the possibility for different palates to find dishes to their taste.

The ramen was good, but the brodo tasted like nothing, no flavour at all, we ate the noodles but couldn’t drink the brodo a shame. The chicken ramen could have a bit more chicken and sauce but it was still good. Would recommend the place!

I liked the ramen, the only shame was that the hot jasmine tea was only served for two but even the canned tea wasn't bad... a positive experience

Excellent, seriously, in the top ten of ramen in Cagliari. Youthful atmosphere, fast service, friendly and helpful staff. The ravioli are a guarantee, among the best I have ever eaten.

Tutto veramente buonissimo!!!Ravioli cinesi spettacolari, ramen ottimo( la carne all’interno era tenerissima), udon perfetti e saporitissimi! Il locale è pulito e veramente carino nell’estetica ! 10+

Avendo sentito parlare bene di questo locale, abbiamo optato per una cena. Abbiamo preso un piatto ciascuno: ramen di vari tipi, pad thai, udon... tutto eccezionale! Il ramen in modo particolare! I dolci molto buoni anche se un po' piccoli per 6,00€ l' uno. Comunque si mangia benissimo e si spende poco. Tornerò sicuramente.

23/03/2025: You eat well and feel good without spending excessive amounts of money, recommended but not on Saturdays, you have to wait more than an hour just for the first courses, perhaps when it's full the kitchen slows down a lot 😪😪

25/03/2025: The place is authentic, with very good food, but the service is impatient due to disorganization and slowness. We ordered 4 appetizers and 4 first courses, in the two hours that we were seated the appetizers and a first course arrived. When annoyed by the wait we left, the other three first courses had not yet come out. Without even an apology or a discount for the inconvenience, we instead found ourselves paying a bill that had a few euros too many. Other tables also left without having received all their orders.
14/03/2025: If you are looking for an authentic Chinese restaurant, this is definitely the right place! I've been coming here for years now and every time it's an extraordinary culinary experience. The quality of the food is always impeccable, with dishes rich in flavor and prepared with the freshest ingredients. The owner, Chen, is a person of disarming kindness: welcoming, always smiling and attentive to every detail to make customers feel at home. The service is quick and courteous, and the atmosphere of the place makes the experience even more pleasant. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to enjoy a delicious dinner in a warm and familiar environment. Never disappoints!
