A small restaurant with an interesting menu and a warm atmosphere. I especially remember the charming and attentive owner, who creates a sense of hospitality. Everything was delicious, although without culinary revelations.

I travel a lot, I have been to many restaurants, I have met many restaurant professionals, but this will probably be my second review. First of all, at MZMTR they do what they promise on the website and social media, something that is often not met by many restaurants. Then, the quality of raw materials, workmanship and service is truly unusual. Well done, Antonio and the young staff!!! Every now and then I like to eat a pizza, but most of the time then the feeling is of heaviness, it would need the classic extra hole in the belt. Not only did I leave with the experience of a very original and delicious pizza (potatoes, culatello, goat cheese, onions and a touch of honey: delicious!), but I felt as light as when I arrived. The wine (a rosé with light perlage, produced by the family) gave the right tone to the dinner, concluded with 2 small delights based on pizza dough and filled with goat cheese, honey and dark chocolate flakes. Thank you, I will definitely be back!

We chose the Roman round pizza, very light, thin and super crunchy dough, I couldn't ask for anything better. Varied and refined menu, fresh products. Absolutely worth trying and returning to savor the rest of the menu. Despite the very small room, the owners were able to create a convivial and pleasant atmosphere without being chaotic.

Ci siamo fermati in questa piccola graziosa e accogliente pizzeria alla pala romana con atmosfera davvero piacevole per una cena tra Amiche..avevamo voglia di mangiare la tipica Pala Romana e provare i fantastici Pizza Maki e non ci siamo sbagliate, qualità degli ingredienti eccellente con tipologie di impasti diversi e super leggeri; Lucia la proprietaria ci ha accolte e indirizzate nella scelta con le spiegazioni dando una marcia in più all’esperienza, una più buona dell'altra! Siamo rimaste super soddisfatte e sicuramente ci ritorneremo presto! Una bella esperienza la consiglio!
