Lots of "buts." Questionable flavors, sometimes bland. Very welcoming atmosphere. Not excellent value for money.

Excellent hospitality, a menu that is also an experiment with entirely plant-based dishes. I would recommend complementing the dishes with a few additional ingredients to balance and enrich the flavors, textures, and presentation. I'm especially referring to the beetroot carpaccio and potato millefeuille. The chef was extremely kind and made sure to accommodate our every request. The location is beautiful.

I expected to encounter bolder, more flavorful flavors. I think vegetarian cuisine could be more daring. For example, the appetizer: I found the beetroot carpaccio with kefir yogurt boring and lackluster. The most interesting dish was the dessert. Excellent wine selection. Impeccable service. The location is stunning, but I would have preferred less "spiritual" background music to lighten the overly serious atmosphere.

Beautiful location, good service and very good and well presented dishes! Considering the raw materials, I would have only preferred larger quantities to avoid eating 2 "loaves" of bread (very good).
