New but interesting experience! Superior food with careful and careful preparation.

Catering as it should be done. Innovative preparations with a stunning flavour, but starting from the Real Knowledge of the Raw Materials, many of which are wild harvested in the upper Murgia. This, combined with the pleasure in explaining everything down to the smallest detail, becomes a true experience of taste and not the usual dull approximation of poor quality found in 90% of the restaurants in Puglia, which excel (in theory) for the materials first but not for the ability to use them to the fullest. This is what almost all (I repeat, almost all, so as not to unfairly offend everyone) Apulian restaurateurs should learn. What the customer should understand instead is that: If I have to go out for fashion and to eat badly and spend a lot, I cook at home better. Quality catering is one thing, spending the evening in company is another. It's not a matter of personal taste but of good taste. Regarding "unusual" wines, for those who don't like them, you can ask in advance by telephone if you can bring the Calafuria Rosato or other similar trendy rubbish from home in a fridge bag. Or even better, head to other places.

Honorable mention to the surprising beetroot smoked with cherry wood | vine leaves + fusillone with courgette stalks and caciocavallo, wonderful in its simplicity.
