Truly excellent! An old-fashioned location and impeccable service. Antonio is truly a jewel in the crown for this establishment and for the way he treats his customers. Compliments also to his wife, because the carbonara is truly excellent...as stated on the menu (number one). Truly satisfied. Long live establishments like this.

Just got out from dinner. What a fantastic experience. My wife heard about it from Rick Steves. Verdura Cotta, sautéed chicory was a 10 as was the spaghetti carbonara, and I don’t even like bacon. The atmosphere is very local with a sprinkling of Americans. Antonio is the star of the show. Just go!

07/10/2025: Food is fantastic. Hyper local products. Pasta made in house. We had the plate of the day pasta with guanciale and one with pesto. Both excellent. Would go again and again.
22/08/2025: A truly unique place in Amelia. We came in for lunch and ordered two fabulous dishes (a pasta of the day and a baked scamorza with vegetables). It was impossible not to stop at the deli; we bought taralli and biscuits, but everything else looked truly inviting. Top!
