Padua's go-to place for fantastic Mexican food!! Every time I pass through the historic center, I make sure to stop here to try their exceptional dishes. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The place is basically a takeaway, or you can dine in (there's a small table with stools for two). No frills and great quality food. Prices are in line with the quality of the dishes you can enjoy here! Highly recommended.

My wife and I absolutely love this spot , the birria is very good & authentic. We don’t live near padova but we go almost every weekend . They don’t have seats so it definitely reminds me of actual Mexico lol . I recommend this place to everyone I know , it’s that good . I recommend going for lunch time because I have gone for dinner before and they had almost nothing .

You have to try the quesadilla Cochiinita with mango habeero sauce. It is so fresh and delicious. It will be spicy but has an authentic flavor that is hard to find in Italy. The atmosphere is very barebones and rustic and does not many places to sit. There is no bathroom and they have a selection of imported Mexican beer. Great place to grab a burrito with fresh ingredients and good service. Viva Mexico!

03/02/2026: Good and much improved from previous years.
25/01/2026: I often dine here because of the variety on the menu. I prefer the lower level because it's usually very hot upstairs. The only downside is that for three adults, the tables with benches near the stairs are a bit cramped. Perhaps they're better suited to couples or those with children who require less space.

04/02/2026: Exceptional!!! If you come to Padua, you have to stop at this place!!!! Friendly atmosphere, 100% hospitality, excellent food...what more could you ask for?
23/01/2026: We had dinner for two and had a wonderful time. The food, needless to say, was amazing. Rich and flavorful dishes, generous portions, and a very extensive menu. We shared an appetizer, a main course, a side dish, and dessert, but we still ate abundantly. Impeccable service. It was Thursday evening, we hadn't booked, and yet they still found us a table. The waiter was kind but not intrusive, always available to clarify. The atmosphere is meticulously designed, with plenty of Mexican-themed decorations. The restaurant is on the ground floor with two large rooms and a very airy mezzanine overlooking the lower level. Very welcoming and unique. Four stars only because it was hot and quite noisy, but it's worth it considering everything else. The prices are moderately high, but considering the generous portions and the quality of the food, it's money well spent. We spent €40 for two. We will definitely return to this historic restaurant in Padua; we highly recommend it to everyone!
