Was not a 5 star experience. Rooms were extremely hot with no ability to turn down the heat. We returned to our room with a pile of dirty towels…no turn down service. Would not recommend

We spent one night at the property and really appreciated the lovely location and the kindness of the staff. The organization of the parking was impeccable. The breakfast was great. However, we encountered some inconveniences that slightly tarnished our stay. The room assigned to us was permeated with a strong smell of deodorant, which persisted for the entire duration of our stay. Furthermore, the absence of an adjustable thermostat forced us to call the reception every time we wanted to change the temperature. Mattress and pillows could be improved. Despite these small details, our overall rating remains positive, especially thanks to the location and the welcome received

The balcony of our hotel room was among the most beautiful of any hotel where we stayed. Angelique at the front desk was so helpful and very professional. The Friday night blues duet was amazing. What a great way to spend a birthday!

My friend and I stayed here for my birthday weekend. The location and views are absolutely stunning. The room was beautiful as well and the service by check in / spa / restaurant was great. However, the overall image was a bit ruined when I asked for a 2 h late checkout for my birthday. I was told that it is 150 EUR (even though the room was not booked afterwards). I would have expected that as a courtesy of my birthday this would have been offered gratis. That is a what would have been done at a similar grade boutique hotel. It is a little bit said to be leaving with a bitter taste… Nevertheless thanks for the otherwise wonderful stay!
