Perfetto per una cena romantica, una celebrazione speciale o semplicemente per chi desidera godere del meglio che Taormina ha da offrire, in un’atmosfera rilassata e di classe. Hotel Metropole has provided the best experience for us at this point in our lives. Of course Taormina itself is stunning but this hotel, its staff, its location, its elegance is what takes your Taormina experience to the next level. Right from the start, the warm greeting, attention to every detail, and genuine kindness was felt. The decor and comfort level made this unique hotel special. Maria the experiences coordinator was a true gem. She scheduled special events and invited all of the guests (only 27 rooms). We were able to join her for a canollo class, a mojito class, a walking tour and a talk about the beautiful Mt. Etna. The best part…this benefit was all included with our stay. The front desk team helped us arrange day trips, train trips, taxi pick ups, boat tours and dinner reservations. It was nice to sit back relax and truly enjoy Taormina. We will definitely return one day. And hope that everyone gets a chance to experience this incredible hotel.

The service at this hotel was superior. Lucia, Giuseppe, Carlo, Enza, Irene, and Maria are some of the names I remember. There was a black woman at the front desk who was also so helpful. The bartenders used the finest ingredients and truly made a high end cocktails. All of the staff at breakfast would remember our rooms at the end of the week and get us things without us having to order. Our rooms were made up twice daily. The only downside was there was no fitness area and some people in our group had no drawers for their clothes and few hangers. Our room was fine though. Gorgeous setting and location. It was a fantastic place to stay. We loved it !

Excellent, it's worth at least having a drink on their terrace to appreciate the view, very friendly, a visit is recommended.

Had a great stay at the Hotel Metropole Taormina—location was fantastic, right on Corso Umberto with fantastic views. Rooms were luxurious and super comfortable! Also had a wonderful walking tour during my stay. Maria was a great tour guide and took us on such an informative walk around Corso Umberto to discover the hidden places around the area and tell us more about the deep history of Taormina. Truly enjoyed myself and would recommend to friends and family if they are visiting!

My stay at the Metropole Hotel in Sicily was nothing short of amazing. The panoramic views of the ocean and Mount Etna were simply breathtaking. Ambra, the front hostess, was genuinely helpful and charming, making my stay incredibly pleasurable and enjoyable. I highly recommend the Metropole for an unforgettable experience in Sicily.

We stopped by at supper time with no reservation and were greeted by Luca who accomodated us with an ocean view table and top tier service. The entire experience from Luca and the staff was memorable. Definitely recommend.
