We ate at Metropizza twice in April. We were lucky to get seating for 6 people each time without a reservation. The restaurant is mostly frequented by locals, which is exactly what we prefer 😍
The food is excellent, the service is great and super friendly! We were all extremely satisfied. Hence the recommendation!

Historic venue in Quartu Sant'Elena with renovated furnishings. Possibility of getting the square pizza with 4 flavors as an alternative to the usual round pizza. The pizza was truly delicious. Quick and courteous service.

I have been eating at this establishment for years and the standard has always been very high. I mainly took pizzas, which are of excellent quality and have the right prices for the type of product offered. The rest of the food I tried was also of high quality. All the staff very professional. I'm happy that there are still pizzerias that don't inflate the prices of their products for having written gourmet or who knows what other rubbish on the menu. Well done Gaetano!

Unfortunately my experience was not entirely positive.
After a long wait to take the order, the pizzas were not served at the same time: one arrived first, and what was more, it was lukewarm, while the other was served at a later time.
While waiting, the room was very noisy and hot, so much so that it made the environment uncomfortable. The tables are excessively close together, with very little space between one and the other, which contributes to creating a chaotic and suffocating atmosphere.
Finally, I did not find the quality-price ratio adequate, and some members of the staff appeared rather nervous and unwelcoming.

Lately I've been going to this place all the time, the pizza is excellent, the tables are comfortable, you're never cramped, you can converse peacefully and the staff is very friendly and quick.
