Overall a fantastic dining experience. The staff were lovely and we will be thinking about this meal for a long time. Leave a few extra minutes early to find the place as we got slightly lost, but I called the restaurant and they helped us immediately. Thank you again!

Posto incredibile gestito da persone deliziose. Menu fisso composto da circa 6 portate che cambia di stagione in stagione. Il posto è aperto a cena soltanto dal giovedì al sabato ed è necessaria la prenotazione.
Cucina molto semplice ma fatta con prodotti locali. Ho adorato tutto dal cibo al posto compresi la vista meravigliosa sulla valle e la mise en place

We ate at Hof Paratoni yesterday and are still absolutely thrilled.
Rarely or never have we eaten such good, traditional Ladin cuisine. We will definitely be back.

The most memorable evening in Val gardener - by far the best meal/dining experience we had during our stay. Felt very unique, beautiful location, excellent food and knowledgeable and thoughtful service! Arrive hungry, there’s lots to eat!

Paratoni che altro dire se non andare a visitarlo? Sul sito trovate tutte le informazioni sulla storia della Famiglia Paratoni e del maso che gestiscono con serietà e passione da anni. Cibo (menù fisso) di qualità e presentato molto bene, servizio eccellente, location splendida ed atmosfera di altri tempi. Obbligatorio prenotare almeno una settimana prima. Il locale non è aperto tutti i giorni della settimana. Prezzo nella norma di un ristoro fascia alta.

A wonderful evening and a worthy end to our holiday in Selva. An absolute must for anyone who loves stylish food in a very special atmosphere. This ancient hut has been brought to life with great attention to detail and passion and the guest can feel it. The Ladin cuisine is highly recommended, the gray cheese is a matter of taste, but the presentation of the individual courses...bombastic. Thank you very much for this result!

A unique experience. Tasted the local cuisine. The quality of all products was excellent! We had a tough time to reach the place as it is not accessible with a car. Make sure you go with an empty stomach as the menu courses and servings are generous. The spinach soup was great! At the end of the meal we were offered a homemade liqueur and we had to choose from a long selection.

The farm is an experience worth repeating. Delicious dishes, to be left speechless and kind and familiar service. Everything was excellent, but a special mention for the dumplings, the best I've ever tasted. We hope to see you again soon
