I've been to Maso Paratoni with my partner for the second time. A magical place with a unique atmosphere. Family-run and locally sourced. The farm is run by a family: mom in the kitchen, dad as the maître d', and their sons as waiters (special mention to Arona, brilliant!). The atmosphere is welcoming and the food is spectacular. The grey cheese and the leek dumplings are wonderful, and my boyfriend especially enjoyed the mousse and the sweet and savory fritters. If you want to experience authentic cuisine and be pampered, this is the place! (Set menu and very extensive local wine list). Highly recommended!
