My experience was exceptional, starting from the call to make the reservation: kindness, availability, and hospitality! This was further confirmed once we arrived for a group aperitif and dinner: the dishes were carefully crafted and delicious, the service impeccable, and the staff's friendliness was priceless! Plus, the location is spectacular! I couldn't ask for more!

This was our first year in Alba Adriatica. We chose the Merli because of their courtesy in responding to the information email we sent in January, and I must say that their kindness was evident...from a simple phone call on the day of arrival to check if our trip was going well, to the kind gift on August 15th, and throughout our stay! We always found smiles and kindness from everyone: from the owners to the bar staff to the lifeguards!

Seafood restaurant, with a romantic terrace overlooking the sea, and friendly and attentive staff (special mention to Andrea and Lorenzo). Very good food, an explosion of flavors, generous portions, and a price that's in line with the quality and location. Worth a visit, and more than one!

A beautiful beach resort with a very positive atmosphere. Always well-maintained. A variety of services are offered, from food to after-dinner drinks. A 5-star rating, with honors, goes to the owners and staff for their kindness and honesty. Thank you.

Chalet collocato in ottima posizione, facile quindi da raggiungere . Ambiente sempre curato, bello e con personale giovanile competente e cortese. Il titolo Stefano e la sua squadra soddisfano sempre il cliente con prodotti di alta qualità. La cucina di pesce è semplicemente eccellente . Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo .
