Very beautifully designed hotel on the lake

A delightful evening spent with family, enjoying delicious food, friendly and attentive staff and a tasty wine from a local vineyard. The experience of having the beef cooked on the spot was one we would love to repeat. I recommend booking in advance.

There are truly no words to describe the excellent and unforgettable experience we had at the Meridiana Hotel. It felt like our home away from home and is, without a doubt, Lake Como’s best-kept secret. Angelo and his superb team (Both Stefanos, Carola and Ale) were welcoming, caring, and attentive to our needs every step of the way. We stayed in the most amazing, romantic, and peaceful room—the Terrace View—which featured a balcony that wrapped around the entire space, overlooking the lake and beach area. Falling asleep to the sound of the water was incredibly serene. To top it all off, the hotel’s restaurant is buonissimo! The menu was exquisite, the chef top-notch, and the view absolutely spectacular. Choosing where to stay in Lake Como was a tough decision, and we’re so grateful we chose Bellano and the Meridiana Hotel as our destination. The Orrido di Bellano is stunning and a must-see, and the Meridiana Hotel is truly a hidden gem. We will definitely return and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I give a high rating but want to mention that i did not consider visiting this hotel because their prices seem to adjust to whoever is inquiring ... there are no prices posted publicly on their website nor anywhere else. This makes it a difficult choice for anyone who needs to plan ahead. Just FYI.

Good location, very friendly staff, we felt comfortable! But the room was dated and unfortunately not thoroughly cleaned – I don't understand why, as this should be normal (see pictures), especially around the kettle and where you hang your towels. The air filter and air conditioning system also desperately need cleaning! Still, it was fine for us. It's just annoying because for this price, it really should be clean.

Avevo aspettative molto alte,avendo visto le foto dei piatti sul sito e visto i prezzi una volta seduti.devo dire la verità, niente di speciale. La cotoletta, bruciata dal lato "non visibile ".poi, me ne sono accorta verso la fine,che avevo il calice con la base spezzata. Ho gia mangiato meglio...
