The location to the train station could not have been better, it's literally across the street! The staff was friendly, breakfast was good and the checkout time was generous. Beds were comfy but the pillows were lumpy and not very comfortable. The room was extremely hot and I was thankful that the windows worked, since the AC they advertised on Expedia did not work, nor did the phones to call reception about it. I believe there might be local laws preventing it, but I stayed in a much cheaper place the night before and didn't experience a lack of AC. Basically you have to choose between the blackout curtains or being a little more comfortable. The lack of AC was the only real issue. Everything else was nice.

The overall experience was very good. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. However, I would improve a few details, considering it's a 4-star hotel. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Location is very convenient to the train station. Unfortunately, you must leave the window open since AC is not turned on until May, so the noise is anything but restful. We were also told they were not allowed to provide a fan. So, our room was loud and hot. If I had known the AC would not be on, I would never have booked so close to a known loud area. Doesn’t seem right to me that they can list AC as an amenity with no note about it being seasonal only. Breakfast was varied and tasty.

Experience was best described as average. Staff we interacted with were fine, not particularly friendly. Rooms were clean, but needed some repair - the bathroom door didn't lock properly and the beds slide around on the floor. The light switches were confusing and one appeared broken as it wasn't able to turn off at night. Location was great if you need the train station, but city centre was about a 10-15 min walk.

I only had one dish, but it was incredibly delicious. Kudos to the kitchen, but especially to the chef. The octopus was perfectly cooked and incredibly tender. See you soon.

Great experience, obviously it always depends on the cost (which varies a lot) as we are a family with three children.

All in all the hotel is not bad but you would expect better equiped rooms for a 4-stars hotel. Waking up everyday to neck pain because of the pillows (I asked for others but they are all the same), the bath is not covered so the bathroom floods after every shower, and no coffee machines in the rooms. Lot of options for breakfast but of bad quality and taste.

Fabulous modern hotel. Immaculately clean. Comfy beds, spacious bathrooms, quiet. Close to many places to eat. Railway Station 100m. Baggage storage 80m. Best breakfast with huge selection of choices, even gluten free. Really good staff, friendly and helpful.

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the train station, but the breakfast had something for everyone. The beds and pillows were clean but not comfortable. The wifi didn't work on the upper floors either. However, it was very close to the train station and within walking distance of the city.
