Excellent location. The staff is friendly, very helpful, and accommodating. The breakfast is plentiful and varied, with something for everyone! Comfortable rooms, although the furnishings could use some updating. If we really had to find a flaw, it would be the heating that's very high and can't be adjusted below 22 degrees Celsius. A wonderful experience in Bologna!

A great hotel in the heart of the city center, with large, spacious rooms and a bathroom with a large shower. The train station is opposite and the airport is about 20 minutes away. We had an interior-facing room, which allowed for peace and quiet. The air conditioning was excellent.
