Siamo venuti in questo ristorante su indicazione. Abbiamo ordinato una grigliata e un primo. La carne era buona, ma la pasta non era granché. L'acqua era fredda.

Locale da paura, ragazzi super simpatici ed educati, disponibili per tutto. La signora al banco della tavola calda è fantastica. Tornerò al più presto, non vedo l’ora di portarci la mia famiglia.

The base is the first thing that strikes you: a disk of carefully leavened dough, soft in the center and with the unmistakable alveolation that testifies to slow maturation and unparalleled skill in processing, a lightness that makes it surprisingly digestible. Every bite is a sensorial journey, a perfect meeting between tradition, technique and passion. This pizza is not just food, it is an experience that elevates the very concept of cooking. If I had to describe this pizza with just one word, I would say: sublime.

Ristorante Cacio e Pepe da Massari

09/02/2025: Superb family run restaurant and b&b. Absolutely delicious pizza and pasta dishes. Uber friendly staff and patrons. Ideal place to stay few days and do daily visit to the surrounding villages. Ask the locals for recommendations. They know better. Home made traditional Italian food at its best. Highly recommend.
