For horse meat eaten at lunchtime. You line up, order side dishes, then they call you and you choose the cuts to cook. Yes, strips and ribs, delicious, no diaphragm, not very flavorful. Obviously, a fun experience and excellent value.

12/03/2026: I had the most delicious raw oysters of my life. There was a photo of seafood risotto in a review from six years ago, but it doesn't seem to be on the menu. They specially made it for me at a very reasonable price. They are kind and wonderful people.
