Pur Südtirol in Bolzano is a pleasant spot to enjoy some local South Tyrolean flavors. We stopped here to eat a pretzel filled with speck and cheese, which was tasty and satisfying. There are also outdoor tables available, making it a nice place to sit down and relax, and the prices are honest for the quality offered.

A very fine shop for South Tyrolean specialties. After a taste, we bought a piece of speck.

Great if you can't visit all the farms. Good selection, not cheap, but worth the price. Unfortunately, you can't have any snacks inside anymore; there are only outdoor seating areas.
