The outdoor market is incredible and the Mercato centro is a super friendly place where you can eat lots of different and varied things on tables set up on either side! I recommend it’s very nice to do

Great concept like in all big Italian or Spanish or French cities, the only problem is the plastic or pseudo bamboo cutlery, and the plasticized cardboard plates, which spoil the experience, too bad

This market hall is perfect if you want to try out many different culinary delicacies across the board. Whether you feel like a simple pizza, or something regional from Turin, something classic Italian in general or a burger with regional meat... you'll get your money's worth here. We ate over two days: Plin pasta (regional specialty from Turin), wild boar goulash, gnocchi made from a parmesan wheel. I have to admit, there was nothing there that was disappointing. And if you're not sure what you want to eat, just take a spin... Because at almost every stand, employees are there and give you a "fork" of what's on offer to try :-)

Hemos estado en el Mercato Centrale en Florencia un par de veces, así que fue una buena sorpresa para toparse con esto en Turín. Caminando obtuvimos varias muestras de los diversos proveedores, que eran todos excelentes. Nos decidimos por unas pastas y un tablero tipo charcutería vegetal, de diferentes vendedores, además de un poco de vino tinto. Precio razonable y buen ambiente! Me encantaría volver

20/04/2025: A dear reader friend of mine and I went to this enchanting place in the heart of San Salvario for lunch. The very kind boy welcomed us and pampered us during the meal, with simple and authentic flavours. A peaceful nest in which the passion for reading and food combines, a magical combination for those who want to spend a peaceful afternoon even just to enjoy a good coffee and read a book. Highly recommended!
