3 star hotel, room had small fridge and coffee maker. Very clean and friendly staff. Breakfast for 10€

15 or 20 meters from the Plaza Principe train station exit, we were given a room for three, and the next day we had to move to another room for two. We found it too small for two, so I asked the owner if we could stay in the one we were in, quiet and not sandwiched between so many rooms. Money talked, and we were able to work it out. I'd rather pay a little more and be comfortable and quiet. She resolved the issue immediately. Good service. For a three-star hotel, the place looks clean and the rooms are well-maintained.

Best thing is the location and the staff. Literally two min from the train station, the terrace upstairs is v beautiful and the staff is kind and professional. The rooms are nice, shower is potent and with the curtains closed there is no way to tell the time, tho the hotel does has an old vibe to it. I did thought that for 2 nights it was a little bit too expensive (280€ for a double bed) ence the 4 stars but overall would recommend.

And big surprise beautiful third story terrace overseeing Genoa and you can have breakfast up there or have a glass of wine late in the day. Literally like 200 ft from the train station. So great to just drop your luggage off and go.

Excellent 3 star hotel, it seems like one of those hotels in Emilia Romagna, Abruzzo, Marche... very high quality Mulino Bianco Barilla spa rusks, croissants and fresh lato rustico, Nutella Gandola spa di Ponte San Marco BS, 100% high quality Italian milk and lots of other stuff. Courtesy set, not full mini bar. Hazzard Analisys critical control point service, cleanliness, modernity, etc. Too bad there was someone who had to repair an air conditioner, he had the keys with him, but we were in the room. Large terrace on the top floor. 2 steps from the best fish restaurant in Liguria and among the top in the world: Da Mario Salita San Paolo, from the university, Piazza Principe station, state museums, port, aquarium, Piazza de Ferrari. etc.
