Well located for an overnight stay. The rooms are very rustic and poorly insulated, and with faulty heating, it's a bit tough on a winter night. The service is lovely. It's a bit pricey for what you get.

short walk from train station. hint, walk left around station outside for crosswalks and stay on left side of street. secure entrance with reception. motion lights in hallway turns off too quickly which makes inserting room key challenging. older building with some modern renovations. in room fridge and kettle. free wifi. this was our precruise hotel. looks like short walk to terminal.

3 star hotel, room had small fridge and coffee maker. Very clean and friendly staff. Breakfast for 10€

15 or 20 meters from the Plaza Principe train station exit, we were given a room for three, and the next day we had to move to another room for two. We found it too small for two, so I asked the owner if we could stay in the one we were in, quiet and not sandwiched between so many rooms. Money talked, and we were able to work it out. I'd rather pay a little more and be comfortable and quiet. She resolved the issue immediately. Good service. For a three-star hotel, the place looks clean and the rooms are well-maintained.

Best thing is the location and the staff. Literally two min from the train station, the terrace upstairs is v beautiful and the staff is kind and professional. The rooms are nice, shower is potent and with the curtains closed there is no way to tell the time, tho the hotel does has an old vibe to it. I did thought that for 2 nights it was a little bit too expensive (280€ for a double bed) ence the 4 stars but overall would recommend.
