Favolosa "trattoria" di assoluto livello!🔥🔥 La location periferica non vi deve scoraggiare perché perdereste l'occasione di conoscere un posto così buono e qualitativo!❤️ Tutte le proposte sono concrete e gustose ma anche originali e bisogna sicuramente tornarci per provarne di differenti perché sono veramente ottime!🚀💕 Importante lista di vini ricercati e originali con ben 4 pagine di Champagne (tanto per capirsi...😉). In sintesi: da andarci assolutamente e anche se per molti sarà un piccolo "viaggio" non solo merita tutti i km che farete ma non potrete non tornarci!!!🔥💥🌞 Prezzi medi+ ma direi ragionevolissimi per la magnifica esperienza proposta.

Personale accogliente, locale carino e molto spartano . Non ha tovaglia , tovagliette in carta e tovaglioli in cotone . Eravamo in 3 abbiamo preso 2 antipasti ( fegato e prosciutto ) , un primo ( orzo con animelle) 3 secondi ( 2 maiali alla griglia ed un petto di anatra ) e 2 dolci accompagnati da 2 bicchieri di vino ed una birra con 2 acque minerali . La materia prima è di ottima qualità e ben cucinata ed impiattata . Le porzioni sono minime ed il conto salato 155 euro . Controllate sempre lo scontrino , cosa che mio marito non ha fatto , hanno conteggiato una birra in più ed un bicchiere vino in piu circa 13 euro di maggiorazione sul conto e meno male che non abbiamo lasciato la mancia perché l’hanno presa senza la ns consapevolezza . Buono davvero buono , minimal in senso ampio . Check your bill . Mio figlio lo ha amato , noi meno

It's a good place. A few imperfections here and there, but overall it definitely deserves the mentions it gets. I appreciate a certain balance that can be seen between refinement and rusticity, nothing seems left to chance. The prices are slightly higher than other restaurants in the neighborhood, but in Centocelle it is probably the others who have prices that are too low 😅

Simple and pleasant environment. Excellent food, never banal. The best thing is that the menu follows the seasonality of the products, it changes constantly and this pushes you to come back again and again. My favorite restaurant in Rome.

I liked everything about this little place in the heart of centocelle. The culinary choices, elegant, elaborate, delicious and aesthetically beautiful and summery and very curious. The quiet and relaxed atmosphere. The outdoor space is perfect in summer. The staff. Nice, prepared and you can really see that they love what they do. In fact, they don't have a menu with lots of dishes but you can see that each dish has a study behind it to make it special. Melon and jersey blue velouté, fregola with stracciatella pepper sauce and juniper berries, the yoghurt of the fig cake accompanied by chlorophyll reduction, tartare with mustard obviously made by them, all exceptional and tasty. I also find the value for money excellent considering the refinement of the products chosen. It was a pleasant surprise!

Excellent, elegant in its simplicity where absolute priority is given to the excellent dishes and the excellent selection of wines and champagne for accompanying and tasting. Hospitable and great connoisseurs of the products offered. Haute cuisine with simple products of the highest quality. Evenings spent in excellent and knowledgeable company.
