Accompanied by a friend for dinner, I certainly found myself in a beautiful culinary context and very stylish environment, but the service did not excite me much. Perhaps that day tiredness or other factors made courtesy less inclined towards the customer.

A small but very welcoming place, both by the owners and the staff. The food is very good and well-cooked. The seared venison is very special, and the wild boar is top-notch. We'll definitely be back to visit you in Pomezia.

The first courses were excellent, with rich and generous toppings. They were well-rounded, with the meats taking center stage. We then chose the smash burgers, which were also very good. The bun and the balance of the wild boar burger with the sauces were particularly good. Even the dessert, a brownie with a pairing of salted caramel and pineapple, showed a special and innovative touch. The beer selection was impressive and very well-curated. Overall, a wonderful experience. Just one thing: we were offered either a counter for two or an outside table. We opted for the counter, and then we noticed some empty tables, but no one in the dining room thought to ask if we wanted to move. See you next time!
