Pappardelle with very delicate and very good ribs, delicious pigeon tagliatelle, last but not least: octopus sandwich, an orgasm for the palate!!

The restaurant offers few dishes, but this is not a flaw, on the contrary, it is a quality: we always aim for the maximum, guaranteeing fresh ingredients and dishes with attention to the smallest details. And you can feel the difference!
The Prato-style celery is truly exceptional, a must try.
The selection of wines is also excellent, perfect to accompany the authentic flavors of Renzo's cuisine.

Quality ingredients.
Some dishes are good (stuffed neck) others normal but nothing extraordinary; The idea of "Tuscan carbonara" is nice but it should still be made creamy!
Nice staff.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the place is a sore point; clearly visible cobwebs, dirty windows and floors. With a little attention the place, which is also small and therefore easily maintainable, could certainly do much better
