30/01/2025: I stayed at the Helvetia hotel in Porretta Terme for almost a month for a business trip and I can say that it was an excellent experience from all points of view. Firstly the service was excellent: reception staff extremely friendly and helpful, but also the restaurant staff exceptional. Antonio and Federico were always courteous and helpful, very professional and prepared. Impeccable and always clean rooms. Equally perfect is the spa service with swimming pool, sauna and much more.

14/01/2025: I have been frequenting this place for several years, since it was renovated, I take advantage of the external access to the spa which I have always found pleasant, the only flaw is the very small changing rooms, unfortunately we went on Sunday evening and despite the increase in prices I found it neglected, dirty glasses around, dirty changing rooms, flooded and slippery poolside, saunas off, finished herbal teas, a quantity of chlorine that makes your eyes cry. The staff is always very kind, but let's say that due to the cost and how I've always been used to, I noticed a noticeable deterioration, I was very sorry.
