Superb food, very welcoming and friendly service, always very available and pleasant. The space is ok, but with a lot of potential for improvement, it has a beautiful view of the city. Despite the name having “café” in it, it is quite surprising due to the view, the friendliness of the staff and above all the food! So it is a typical Italian restaurant 🇮🇹👌🏼

We arrived without a reservation for dinner, but they made room for us. Impeccable service, the two waiters were super attentive. Little Italian music that makes the atmosphere very pleasant, with the castle in the background. Very delicious food. If we return to Castelsardo, we will return!

We spent a very nice evening in this beautiful restaurant overlooking the sea. We felt like we were in good hands right from the start and got to know Marco, the owner, who even communicated with us in German. We ate very well. Since we "had to" spend longer on the island due to a flat tire, Marco helped us a lot with a recommendation. Thank you again!

my favorite restaurant in Castlesardo - nicest views of the Castle. Staff really nice and friendly, great English. Kids all enjoyed their pasta dishes and Panna/Tiramasu deserts.

Dette er eksemplet på at man kan have en bistro som ikke ser ud af noget specielt men maden betyder meget mere. Meget lille menu kort - men det de laver er virkelig godt . Selv en simpel ting som spaghetti bolognese var noget særligt. Stor værdi for pengene for det koster ikke alverden.

17/01/2025: Dinner between couples, magnificent discovery of this place thanks to my cousin, a loyal customer. There would be so many words to say but I'll leave the judgment to the stars. Super selected high quality products for every palate. Friendly, smiling, prepared and helpful staff. Intimate and private environment. If you want to get excited this is the right place! We will be back soon to let you enjoy other products!
11/12/2024: An unconventional delicatessen! At Sale e Pepe you can find a careful selection of cured meats and cheeses that you can take home, or eat comfortably on site while sipping a good glass of wine. Besides cutting boards, I love gourmet sandwiches that can be assembled with the ingredients available on the counter or simply relying on the advice of the master butcher :) In short, Sale e Pepe is the perfect place for a quality lunch break!
