What a gem! We arrived early for lunch in late October but we were welcomed and seated within five minutes. Initially, we were the only ones there but many followed shortly thereafter. I've lived in Sicily for four years (and 30 minutes away) and this was one of the best meals I've had. Authentically Sicilian, reasonably priced, and delicious! I had fresh casereccia (pasta) al regú di cinghiale and my friend had the casereccia crema di zucchine con speck e pistacchio di Bronte - DELICIOUS! (unfortunately I didn't take photos:-) I can imagine this place is packed in the summer with plenty of free parking and a large outdoor dining area as well. Vito, our waiter, as attentive, but in typical Sicily style, allowed us to enjoy our lunch with constant interruptions. It is worth every second of driving the beautiful countryside for this authentic meal!

A restaurant located in a disused train station. The original marble is still there, and there are photos of the opening in the 1930s. The food is excellent, varied, and plentiful. The service is informal and attentive.

Limited selection, due to the location's low attendance. However, the calzone was excellent, the coffee good. Good service, excellent price.

A few years late, I'm writing my review, as promised. On my partner's birthday, in the summer of 2021, we were in Segesta for the theater performances. That evening, we looked for a nearby restaurant and stumbled upon this one. When the staff learned it was her birthday, they went out of their way to accommodate her wishes, first by moving us to an outside table and then by surprise offering us a small cake and sparkling wine. And we ate wonderfully. My sincere compliments for this attention to customer service. I hope the management has remained the same and that they enjoy reading this review, even though I should have written it sooner.
