After 2 years: Unbeatable pizzas. A resource that continues to grow... where Gambero Rosso "three segments" are even a bit too small, especially when the "nuvola" and "verace" are compared to pizzas from other places in Italy that are showing off and could instead tie the shoes of Venturi and the entire staff; otherwise exquisitely welcoming. Homemade panettone served with custard comes from Mars, beating even the most famous and historic Italian leavened products 6-0, 6-0. I'm not afraid, not even for a moment, of over-judging.

CASERTA STYLE... IT LOOKS LIKE A VESPA WHEEL.
I ALWAYS GET THE MARGHERITA WHICH IS THE REAL 🍕 PIZZA.
THIS PIZZA... BAKED IN AN ELECTRIC OVEN WITH VERY FEW INGREDIENTS, THE THREE BASIL LEAVES ARE GOOD...
11 EUROS A MARGHERITA COULD ALSO BE OK, BUT WITH MORE TOMATO AND MOZZARELLA.
THE FLOUR IS GOOD AND EASY TO DIGEST, AND THAT'S ENOUGH.

An elegant place with excellent service. I had a truly authentic contemporary pizza with top-quality dough and ingredients. The cocktails are well-crafted and pair well with the pizzas. The bill is higher than at a traditional pizzeria, but it's worth it.

Fantastic pizza, Gambero Rosso award (3 stars).
Really good pizza dough, the "cloud" variation is great too. Cocktails are good as well. Highly recommended!!!

A very nice and well-decorated two-sided place. The first room at the entrance is of better quality overall than the second, located further inside. The service is attentive and professional. The tables are too close together; if you want quality, you also need more privacy. The contemporary (Neapolitan) Margherita pizza is excellent in every way: cooking, leavening, and ingredients. The "Nuvola" (cloud), which should be a stuffed focaccia, had some questionable flaws. Too much mortadella after the second slice is already sickening. Stracciatella doesn't pair well with the cured meats and anchovies because it's too delicate, and it also soaks the dough, causing it to lose its flavor.

Impeccable in everything! Nothing more to add! The quality of the ingredients is SUPER.
For pumpkin lovers like me...this is the perfect time to try the ZuccaViolina.
(I only recommend a Wi-Fi connection because the room downstairs doesn't have phone reception, making it difficult to access the menu with the QR code.)

We booked for two on a Saturday evening (and if you want to eat here, I think reservations are almost mandatory). The waiters were very friendly and helpful, available when needed but not intrusive. The service was almost perfect.
The menu was clear and detailed, and each pizza came with a matching cocktail.
We ordered two "Nuvola" pizzas (Fassona and Galloni). The ingredients were exceptional and the dough was amazing. If you're a fan of leavened products in general, you should try this place at least once. You'll be completely satisfied.
Just "for fun," we also ordered two desserts (Pumpkin Mon Blanc and Il Fiore). Both were perfect and well-balanced. I didn't ask if they were homemade, but I'd still commend them because they're high-end patisserie and can be found in high-end restaurants.
The service was very quick; the place was almost full, and we were served in about 15 minutes.
Another positive note: I've eaten at several gourmet pizzerias, and so far this is the only one that's completely satisfied me. The pizzas are filling, especially because they're rich in toppings.
The final bill was €82 for two "Nuvola" pizzas, two desserts, and a water. It's a high price, but it's worth it. It's not just any place, and the menu is clearly written.
We'll be back for the "Verace Contemporanea" pizza and two more desserts!
