Today I visited your supermarket in Olbia. To my surprise, about 15 minutes before closing time, I was refused a deli meat because, as the deli counter employee explained, the slicer had already been cleaned and could no longer be used. A very kind and helpful young cashier tried to help me, but unfortunately, she was unable to convince the deli counter employee. In my opinion, if the store is still open and there are still 15 minutes left until closing time, customers should be able to purchase all the products normally available. I understand the need to organize staff, but I believe that refusing a product during normal opening hours is unfair to the customer.
