McDonald's Stazione In Pisa

Today I want to say a few words to the young man who clears and cleans the tables at McDonald's. We often walk into the restaurant, eat quickly, and leave without thinking about the person who comes afterward to clean up everything we leave behind. He's always there, collecting trays, cleaning tables, and getting everything ready for the next customer. It's a job that many don't even notice, but it's essential for everything to run smoothly. You can tell he does it with effort and patience. While others enjoy their food, he's working tirelessly, going from table to table with a smile and respect for everyone. Sometimes he even picks up things we could have thrown away ourselves, without complaining. It's easy to overlook this kind of work, but behind it all is a person who is working hard every day. I wish more people would take a moment to think about it and appreciate those who do these tasks that many don't want to do. Thank you for your work and for keeping the place clean for everyone. Even if many don't say it, I'm sure more than one person appreciates it.

Good but it’s a shame that you have to pay to go to the toilet even if you order, just because you are not a client! You have to create an account to go!

Below average for the chain: poorly assembled sandwich, slow service, disgraceful bathrooms. Unfortunately, there aren't many options for a quick bite to eat at the station while waiting for a train. And they know this, too.

People always super kind and smiling!

Ordered a pistachio flavored icecream. I liked how it was not as sweet as a cup of gelato.

The manager and the employees were fast and very kind. I had made a mistake with the sandwich for my son and they immediately changed it even though the mistake was mine. Thank you so much ❤️

I came to the station at 6:40 after that, I ordered my order by deciding 6 49 PM and my train were at 6:57 ordering the food. I talked with the cashier guy about the situation which is I’m rushing. I asked for help. Usually the thing I ordered will be ready for more than five minutes because I ordered a lot, but they helped me together and I was able to catch my train too at the time. Thank you for the service.

The fries weren't full, but the service was good

The McDonald's at Pisa Central Station. There's not much to say. The atmosphere and sandwiches are exactly like other Italian McDonald's. Unfortunately, they should pay a little more attention to the staff, as they messed up the packaging for my takeout, and if a more experienced staff member hadn't intervened, I would have lost my drink on the way. But otherwise, everything's fine.

No joke, the employees are shaking like ferrets in front of a million tourists. It reminds me of Saturday morning, if it's not presumptuous to compare. Taking into account the above, it's a pretty good branch in terms of quality and Tuňák probably wouldn't make you feel like a coffee shop in the Czech Republic
