My family and I always go to the MC on Via Necropoli del Fusco near the Archimede shopping center because, besides the clean environment, the service is also excellent. We were served by a girl named Giulia (a thin girl with glasses). She's very sweet, polite, and always available. I highly recommend her.

A very useful and convenient place inside the shopping center. The service is excellent and the staff are very helpful. If you want to make a surprise change or ask for information, they'll respond calmly and confidently. I highly recommend it for breakfast and snacks because the McCafè station elevates it compared to other places. A true gem. I highly recommend it.

We went to this McDonald's inside the Archimede shopping center in Syracuse for lunch, and I made a bit of a mess with the ordering screens. I politely asked the staff if they could fix the mistake, and I was really impressed with their kindness and speed with which they resolved the issue I'd created. I don't often see this kind of attitude around, quite the opposite... so it absolutely deserves a shout-out. Compliments also to the table service and the kitchen, which were really fast and tidy. Excellent organization. I'll gladly return.

Like all other Mc's, this one also has tables inside the restaurant and in the mall's food court. The manager was particularly kind when she changed a sandwich we'd inadvertently ordered with sauce for the little girl. Excellent service.
