We stopped for a cappuccino with a topping, ordered piping hot and served just warm and without any toppings; we had to reheat it. It's a shame because we like the blend used at McCafé, but the service was lacking this time. We'll only go back to the usual place, which has never let us down.

The food was acceptable, the dessert section was well-stocked, but it could be better. I'd fix the monitor because it said the order was ready, but that wasn't the case. Plus, there were a lot of rude children, and the parents didn't even know they'd given birth to them.

Excellent place with friendly, helpful, and professional staff. It's also well-located and accessible to everyone. The sandwiches are better than average, in my opinion.

I understand the less than positive review, but you also have to understand the context, in a place very frequented by tourists it is difficult to manage the influx and the service, the food is classic and if the service is not always top notch guys you can turn a blind eye.

I rarely go there myself, but this is the first time I've seen table service. The screen with games is also great for keeping kids entertained.

I say parking is very easy due to large store near by Clean and fresh inside - clean smell quick staff Order the small coffee and pastry manus can’t beat that at 2.80 eur ? Pastry is delicious Mc cafe has all the goodies you could want Stay away from burgers :)

Buns Gourmet Burgers

03/01/2026: I've eaten at Buns twice and I can say the sandwiches are excellent! But above all, the staff is incredibly kind. Tonight they corrected a small mistake when they turned down a sandwich, which I really appreciated because it's not a given! Thank you so much :) The desserts are also delicious!
27/12/2025: A very nice experience. I went here today for a burger with some friends. The place looks great, cute and welcoming. The current wall decor is beautiful, featuring magazines from the early 2000s. Today, the burger of the month had a Britney Spears theme from the 2000s. I found it very original and it brought back memories of my youth. A truly great idea. We had three burgers with sweet potato fries. The food was very good, and the burger was truly excellent, especially the one of the month with its exceptional blueberry mayonnaise. I recommend it if you want to eat a quality burger in Verona. Excellent value.
