I think it's the worst location in their restaurant chain that I've visited...the air conditioning wasn't working, it was quite noisy, the toilet smelled, although some employees tried to keep it clean, the place disappointed me badly...

You order on the lower level via a pad or staff member and eat on the next floor, going up the stairs. The store seemed clean and well-equipped, with well-spaced tables and a great atmosphere...it's obviously part of the McDonald's chain. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's a shame about parking, which isn't easy to find nearby.

This McDonald’s on Corso Buenos Aires is perfect when you need something easy and familiar in the heart of Milan’s busiest shopping street. It opens early — around 07:00 — making it a great breakfast stop before exploring or shopping. The place is clean, with extra seating upstairs if the ground floor is full. There’s nothing more American than making your own “American breakfast” when one isn’t on the menu: 1 pancake, 1 scrambled egg with bread, a plain hamburger (patty doubling as the sausage), and a cappuccino to finish it off. Quick, filling, and hits the spot before a busy day. Tip: Ideal for travelers who want a no-fuss breakfast before hitting the shops or museums. Service was quick, and the staff were friendly during my visit.

The weak AC made it a bit warm durinng the hit noon hours. The toilet required a passcode printed on the receipt to enter. As the cashier forgot to return my receipt, another nice gike came to my rescue inputting it for me, thanks.
