I have been eating cones at McDonald's for ten years, but unfortunately today I got a completely melted one. I just walked out the door, it fell to the floor. I couldn't understand and went back to ask the manager. He told me that making a cone only takes a minute or less. So why did I wait ten minutes at the cashier after paying, while the staff inside laughed, played and chatted? The manager must have thought I was stupid and didn't notice that the cone was already prepared in the kitchen but not brought out. He explained to me that 'maybe it was too hot' and offered to make me a new one. But that doesn't make sense: I don't want a cone that takes ten minutes and arrives melted. If you like a melted cone, come to this place. Is it so hard to admit your own mistakes and negligence? Shameful, disgusting

Just like any other in the world. The service is pretty fast, though. If nothing here is special, do you know why I give it five stars? Because, years ago, this was the place where the dictator who disgraced Italy and the Italians was killed. Wow, anti-fascist Italy!

It's okay, it shows that they have made efforts to organize and keep everything in order, even so there are times in the week when there are so many orders and people that it becomes a little chaotic

I don’t agree with the other comments. Yes, the toilets may not be perfectly clean, but they’re definitely not dirty. The tables are clean, and there are plenty of them. The food was prepared quickly, everything was tasty, and the service was kind. The only downside is that the sockets didn’t charge my phone. Open 24/7 on certain days.
