This place to eat is very suitable for all ages, children and adults are fine for all ages, many say that the food arrives cold and it is true but it can happen and they also say that they receive half the food of what they ordered but it has never happened to me I always see 2/1 star reviews and a few positive ones but for me they exaggerate too much there is everything, the games for children, inside there are the screen games they for me exaggerate too much it absolutely deserves 4 stars because it is very suitable for everyone and the people who give negative reviews are exaggerating.

Calling the experience terrible doesn't do it justice. It's 00:05 and I'm sitting at a table with my partner when a person from outside the restaurant (he wasn't wearing a uniform, but I think he was an external cleaning worker) goes through the tables and makes people leave because the room is closing. Among the people made to leave there was also a little girl who left while she was finishing her meal. Congratulations! And here are the first two questions: shouldn't it be a RECOGNIZABLE member of staff who invites people to leave because it's closing? And why close at 00:05 when the website says 1:00? In fact, six guys who wanted to come in found the door closed. But now comes the joke: the MC Drive had a queue. Question: in which restaurant is the kitchen open and the room closed? What's the point? Who's in charge in there? An outsider or is there a manager? And why was the kitchen still working? And why does the website say a time and it closes early? We should have at least been warned by the staff when we were ordering that it would close early. Congratulations: you lost a lot of customers tonight. Because you just had to go out and listen to their comments.

As Americans we don’t expect much from a McDonald’s experience but those Golden Arches call to us no matter the continent we’re on. The bathroom was clean, we were able to order table service in English on the kiosk, and the staff were kind and patient with the Americans whose extent of the Italian language is “ciao” and “grazie”. We got everything we ordered (yes the ketchup was 0.35 a pack) but the cappuccino was great, our kids were happy, and the food was far superior to what we get in the states.

Monitor for take-out service not working, I went in to ask for something and they told me that they had been calling the order for 10 minutes (so by the time I got home everything was cold), but they didn't bother to check that the microphone can't be heard from outside. In the happy meal order there was the book and instead I received the doll. I attach an image.

Friendly and fast service, clean environment, not very crowded, reasonable waiting times

My compliments go especially to two employees Milena and Veronica for their professionalism in carrying out their hard work in contact with the increasingly demanding public. Clean premises a stone's throw from the shopping centre so in a strategic position. I recommend it!
