This is a review for the McDonalds chain, not as a competitor to other restaurants. For the fast food genre, it's on par with any other McDonald's, if you want to eat something that screams this brand, you can trust it. Excellent service and very fast!

We placed two separate orders via app at the same time. We collected one order almost immediately, for the second order we had to wait about half an hour and we had to ask the staff several times and also received some replies (you have to wait!) in an unpolite tone. Never happened in a McDonald's!

We had problems with the payment by credit card with the McDonald's app, the manager apologized, we will have to see if the transaction is not successful. The portions of ice cream do not match the quantity and hot drinks just ordered

Locale in pieno centro storico, pulito, ordinato, purtroppo non molto ampio vista la notevole affluenza. Servizio veloce, prodotti apprezzati nel confezionamento e cottura. Prenotazione al tavolo non in funzione. Cosa particolarmente sgradita la presenza di un personaggio, tale "security service", che invitava in modo poco educato alcuni clienti a lasciare il tavolo se avessero terminato. Mai visto prima, spero mai più perchè l'atmosfera era molto tranquilla e serena.
