Fast and attentive staff in the kitchen. At the checkout a very kind and attentive lady, something you don't expect in a crowded place and who has to serve quickly... and instead! Congratulations indeed, the education and care towards the customer are top notch, then obviously the menus are burger king, there are those who like it and those who don't, but I do! The only flaw is letting in beggars who ask for money over and over again

The quality of the meals, despite the speed of preparation, was good, but the hygiene left something to be desired. What we ordered (visible in the first photo), includes: a bottle of water, a strawberry ice cream, french fries, fried onion rings and three sandwiches.

The Parmigiano Reggiano Burger was really good and tasty - but very expensive (9,40 € for just the burger, medium menu was 13,30 €).

Fast food in the heart of the Bologna station where grumpy and frustrated workers (not all) work there. After all, the food is ok, but I'm sorry to give 3 stars, because with a little more effort they could reach 5!!! Ah, to add, they gave me toast with expired ham, which made me feel unwell the next day.

I went yesterday at 11am and the employees were already feeling upset in the early morning, I just asked what the vegetarian sandwiches were and they were already rolling their eyes. I also work in contact with the public and I know how stressful it is, but don't make your clients feel like shit if they need to consult you. In any case, I'm happy with the vegetarian sandwich I ate and also with the chips

29/11/2024: The fast food is from the Burger King chain, it is located in the city center in a very strategic and convenient position. At the entrance there are touch screen displays with which to order food, which you can pay there or at the cash register. If you want, you can also use the app, with which there are discounts. Regarding the food, I don't give more than four stars because it's a fast food restaurant, so the food is the same and the quality is the same. Regarding service, the staff is quick to prepare the trays or bags for takeaway. Table service is not provided. The environment is not very clean, inside the connection is bad even if there is the possibility, after registration, to use their wifi. Regarding the possibility of ordering using the app, we have used it many times and we had a single problem only once, in which the order, even if confirmed by the App, was not confirmed. A probable problem related to the connection is that it was resolved simply by waiting.
14/09/2024: BK in the center, almost always not too crowded and the service is very fast
