Much improved compared to the last few years portions are larger, more menu choices from small to medium to large. Good desserts and original varieties. The onion rings have been improved and the chips should also be improved as they are not crunchy enough and you have to arrange the quick cash registers especially for when there are a lot of people.

Usually the sandwiches are not assembled perfectly, I am talking above all in terms of crunchiness and temperature, even compared to fast food standards. This time however I was satisfied.

We had our lunch in Bogna, three of us ate meat burgers, coke and fries. It's a clean, peaceful place. The employees were respectful and helpful. Thanks.

At the Bologna train station, it is perfectly located. The burgers are big and they have combos at good prices.

Fast and attentive staff in the kitchen. At the checkout a very kind and attentive lady, something you don't expect in a crowded place and who has to serve quickly... and instead! Congratulations indeed, the education and care towards the customer are top notch, then obviously the menus are burger king, there are those who like it and those who don't, but I do! The only flaw is letting in beggars who ask for money over and over again

29/11/2024: The fast food is from the Burger King chain, it is located in the city center in a very strategic and convenient position. At the entrance there are touch screen displays with which to order food, which you can pay there or at the cash register. If you want, you can also use the app, with which there are discounts. Regarding the food, I don't give more than four stars because it's a fast food restaurant, so the food is the same and the quality is the same. Regarding service, the staff is quick to prepare the trays or bags for takeaway. Table service is not provided. The environment is not very clean, inside the connection is bad even if there is the possibility, after registration, to use their wifi. Regarding the possibility of ordering using the app, we have used it many times and we had a single problem only once, in which the order, even if confirmed by the App, was not confirmed. A probable problem related to the connection is that it was resolved simply by waiting.
14/09/2024: BK in the center, almost always not too crowded and the service is very fast
