**Title: Average experience, excellent service, but fries could be improved** **Rating: 3/5** I recently visited this McDonald's in Lanzate and had an overall positive experience, albeit with a few minor downsides. Starting with the positives, the store is very well organized. I found parking very easy, which is always a plus. The entire restaurant was impeccably clean, including the bathrooms, which were constantly monitored by the staff—a definite plus. As for ordering, I used the app and everything went smoothly. The service was quick, and the food arrived promptly. The sandwich was good and served piping hot, as were the 6-piece nuggets. Unfortunately, the fries weren't up to par with the rest of the food: they were clearly "old" and not very crispy, which lowered the overall quality of the meal. It's a shame, because otherwise, the service was excellent. I'll be back, hoping to find fresher fries next time.

I had a great time. The place is cool, you can sit outside and leave your kids playing with it. The food is excellent, even though it's rarely cold. As for the service, I was very happy! The service is fantastic, they're very friendly!

We came to eat at Mc's and were very pleased with the blonde Loredana: she listened to our needs and accommodated them even before we asked. The best Mc's sales assistant we've ever met!!!
