On match days at San Siro, it's too crowded

It's big and okay, but Italian McDonald's charges for ketchup!! They don't have McMorning in the morning, they sell bakery coffee.

You may be wondering how this is possible, given that all the chain restaurants are more or less the same, but I had a terrible Big Arch, bread as hard as cardboard, perhaps overcooked. No table service, taking your number. Extremely disappointed.
