McDonald's In Roma

And what can I say? For the kids, it's always a party.

It's a nightmare to walk into this McDonald's, I especially feel sorry for the guys who work there, so many people, no screens to show the number being served, and the poor employees who have to shout the order number over the noise to have it collected, chaos.

They brought us our food shortly after ordering, but the nuggets were rubbery. I called an employee (a blonde woman, I had a weird accent). She didn't come over, but from a distance she said, "What do you want?" I KINDLY asked her to change them (I paid for them, I'd like to eat them properly, not rubbery ones). She started laughing at me, annoyed, and brought the other nuggets back to me, saying rude things. Be careful who you hire; these rude people don't deserve anything!! (We were a girl and a boy, and we were as polite as possible, also because we don't like wasting food, but trust me when I say they were inedible.)

Excellent McDonald's in Rome. Despite the large crowds, they always try to be very fast, and during the service I noticed the great work ethic and kindness of the excellent Marta and Patrizia. They manage the service without ever losing their composure and professionalism, never a rude response, which is truly hard to find, given the huge crowds and the fact that some customers expect the impossible and aren't always polite. Kudos to all the staff and to those who manage the store. It's always a pleasure to return.

Terrible service, 20 minute wait at 9.10am for two crispy bacons.
