McDonald's In Bologna

And tonight, it's been three times since we've gotten home from a McD drive-thru and orders are missing! They forget a potato every time! It's not a tragedy, but they were paid for and never eaten! Otherwise, McD is still our first choice when we don't want to cook at home! Always check when you order from the drive-thru!

We stopped by for a quick break (just a milkshake). The place was packed, but the main problem is the space management: limited seating and tables almost jammed together. If you're looking for a bit of comfort or quiet, it's not the ideal place during peak hours.

Excellent McDonald's, where you can always eat freshly cooked food, friendly and courteous staff, and ample parking.

A well-known chain with well-known products. Nothing extraordinary, but young people like it.

The place is spotlessly clean and spacious. The staff is incredibly friendly, the food is excellent, and the atmosphere is fun and relaxed. Highly recommended!

Not as bad as other MCs in the area: the service is fairly fast and the place is quite clean even at peak hours. The bathrooms could be improved.

I'm sorry, but I have to edit my previous review from 3 years ago: "Always excellent, the girls and boys are kind and helpful, and the customer service is top-notch. Thank you." After the renovation, you've made it more beautiful... but certainly not more functional... on the contrary... it's gotten worse. The old staff, who always cared about customers, are gone, and they've never made such a big mistake. My daughter, who goes there often, always comes back with her order missing, different food, even missing food, and watered-down drinks. Every time, and not a single one is missing, something's wrong. I'm sorry to say this, but instead of renovating the premises, you should renew the staff, perhaps choose more carefully. Thank you. I hope you improve the situation; we definitely haven't been here in months. P.S.: The McDonald's on Via Larga is definitely much, much better managed than yours. Take a cue from it, and maybe get some tips from them.... PLEASE!

fast... friendly staff and good tasting products

Very well-kept and clean place, fast and efficient service, and the staff are very kind. Excellent quality, the freshly made fries are delicious. I'll definitely be back.
