Like all Macs... The food should be judged for what it is...the service compared to other MCs is not bad (perhaps the best I've found around) but I didn't like the atmosphere.

It's the McDonald's behind my house... It's a convenience; whatever anyone says, it's cheap, the food is good, it fills you up, and the service is always more than fast... The people who work there work really hard... Well done everyone...

10/06/2026: Upon entering this Sesto café, you're greeted politely by the owner, Francy, who never forgets to thank and say hello to everyone who passes by. She's completely dedicated to service; her coffee is invigorating; she pays attention to everyone. The prices are reasonable; she was the last to comply. Lately, she's been sorting parcels for Amazon, as selling cigarettes, coffee sticks, and whatever else comes to hand wasn't enough. There's a large parking lot out front, and in the summer, she offers a few tables outside. Francy brings a refreshing smile to anyone seeking a moment of tranquil Florentine suburbia.
