I had a cappuccino menu, the croissant was delicious and the cappuccino had a very good foam, this McDonald's is small but nice with sofas, tables with charging sockets and more.

Great experience, friendly and helpful staff, order arrived quickly despite the crowd. I had a lot of fun joking with the staff.

Good evening, I'm writing to offer constructive criticism regarding your takeout delivery methods and the handling of any issues. This evening, we placed an order for two sandwiches and some fried appetizers. Realizing that one of the sandwiches hadn't arrived, we promptly called your fast food restaurant. We spoke with the employee in charge and were given a full menu to request in person at your store counter. We thank you for this and appreciate your willingness. A thought comes to mind: if I had needed that sandwich that same evening, what would I have done? Raiders is a separate company, so they can't intervene. I probably would have had to go out and get it myself. Or I would have had to make do with what I had at home, or (as I ultimately did) settle for the appetizers I'd ordered in addition. ...But this is completely counterintuitive to the idea of ​​takeout! Ordering takeout is mostly done for very practical and often pressing needs. We find ourselves in a bind because we don't have anything to eat in the fridge or we don't have the time or energy to cook (think of those who work late, new parents, or other extreme situations), so we turn to those who can provide ready-made food. However, if even this concept is overturned, it's a problem. Tonight, I couldn't share my sandwich with my wife because she's pregnant, and my burger had salad in it. I didn't have anything left in the fridge to eat, so we made do with what we'd ordered in addition. Nothing wrong with that, mind you; we didn't starve. But if I had ordered fewer appetizers, my pregnant wife would have been even more challenged... I think it's very important for you to consider possible future solutions that can help solve these problems, to provide a true and genuine takeout service that can truly meet the needs of those who request it (as much as I appreciate it, the voucher I can use another day won't feed me tonight...). One idea you might consider is having a "random" employee who cleans and tidies the place, but who can also make up for certain shortcomings by making home deliveries within a certain radius to support those who haven't received certain food items. It also makes me think about a couple of other things... First of all, it's not the first time this has happened to me... And then... that sandwich my wife is missing... where did it go?!? If an employee wanted to be sneaky, they'd be completely free to do so, since no one would be checking. Confident that you'll find new solutions to continue offering us an ever-improving takeout service that fulfills its true purpose, I thank you for your attention and wish you all the best in your work.

I've ordered through Just Eat twice here, and both times the delivery was always late. The first time was my mistake, but the second time I even specified the time, ordering an hour or so early. There aren't three of us working, but there are a lot of people... I also work with the public, and yet we manage to handle all the customers well.

The staff is friendly and professional, especially the head waiter/hostess Silvia, whom I thank for her kindness and professionalism with both adults and children. The place is well-managed and the bathrooms are clean! We'll be back!
