McDonald's In Napoli

The staff were unpleasant. They gave me two ice creams that looked rushed.

This McDonald's is located in a very cool location, making it a good alternative to the more expensive cafes, ideal for a quick bite to eat and enjoying the Galleria Umberto. However, the quality and service aren't the best (there are much better McDonalds' in Naples), so be ready.

Everything is great! The only complaint is that the prices are higher than in other McDonalds I've been to, which is why I gave it 4 stars.

The best place to feel elite being poor

McDonald's is always convenient, and this one is so well located, in the most beautiful shopping arcade in Naples. Prices are cheaper than in France.

Longer wait for food than other McD's

A McDonald's with a classic menu, always complete in fact, is a welcome addition to the country. I won't insult your intelligence by describing McDonald's food. The setting is splendid in the mall, especially on the terrace. Inside, there's nothing special. However, one of the downsides is the crowds during peak hours. There can be a wait, but generally, you can always find a table.
