McDonald's In Catania

Loved everything about this place! Great setup with plenty of ordering kiosks, lovely ambiance, and an exceptional staff who are always smiling and helpful. ​It was actually my first time ever being served tea with a separate teapot and glass. Thank you for the wonderful service!

The restaurant itself is cozy, but be careful with the service, they left something out of the order twice and once we waited an hour for a coffee. Also, the waiters are quite rude to foreigners and don't speak English.

Very good, lots of choice, inexpensive

If there's one thing that immediately strikes you about this McDonald's, it's its size. The spaces are truly spacious, well-organized, and allow for comfortable dining even when it's crowded. The environment is modern, bright, and well-kept, with plenty of seating and a pleasant atmosphere. The ordering kiosks make everything quick and easy, while the staff was friendly and helpful. Service was prompt, and the food arrived hot and prepared as expected from McDonald's. A perfect place for a quick break or a meal with friends. If you're in Catania and craving a McDonald's, this is definitely worth a visit.

At McDonald's in Sicily, you can order a gluten-free burger. It's served in a sealed package marked "Gluten Free" and heated throughout, so it arrives warm. Inside, it contains a gluten-free bun, beef, and plenty of cheese, which has a lovely stretchy texture. The mere fact that the burger is hot makes a big difference and definitely enhances the flavor. It's just a shame it doesn't come with any vegetables. We visited this McDonald's in the city center. It was quiet during the day and not crowded. There was a short wait for the burger, but you can order at the self-service screens. The staff also speaks some English.

McDonald's in the right place at the right time.

I waited about ten minutes for a bowl of ice cream even though there were few people in the place and no one waiting at the pick-up point. Furthermore, the lady who served me showed up with a grumpy air.

One waitress in particular was exceptional, very kind and sweet. I wish her all the best and keep it up.
