I just hope that robots soon replace everyone who works there. 20 minutes to prepare a cappuccino and a croissant with the place empty. The girl at the bar will have read the order no less than 15 times.

Arriving shortly after 8.30 to take advantage of the breakfast offer, I missed a berry croissant and a cappuccino, the croissant was a little dry and the cappuccino was passable. The other patrons were mostly kids who had probably skipped school. However, I believe that for €0.20 more you can go to a bar.

I decided to write this review because, as I often go to McDonald's, I am struck by Lucia every time. She is a super kind and polite girl, who stands out for her professionalism. In difficult and crowded situations, I have seen her always remain calm and treat each customer with great respect and patience. Her ability to remain positive and courteous, even in the most stressful situations, is truly rare. It is a pleasure to be served by you and an example of dedication to work. Congratulations, Lucia!

I had the pleasure of visiting the McDonald's in Perugia Stadio and I was really satisfied. The food was carefully prepared, as always, with fresh and tasty ingredients. My sandwich was well filled and the waiting time was short. The chips, crispy and hot, were also perfect.
Another positive point was the service: the staff proved to be kind and helpful, always ready to satisfy every need. The attention to the customer is evident, and the environment is clean and welcoming, ideal for a quick break or a family meal.
Overall, a great experience, which I highly recommend to anyone in the area. A McDonald's that knows how to offer excellent service, without sacrificing quality!
