Good service (courtesy, quality and timing) but the premises and parking are absolutely undersized compared to the needs of the customers. In addition, the bathrooms on the 1st floor would need a restyling.

Ordered a gluten-free sandwich for delivery, and it arrived raw and frozen—in other words, still frozen from the refrigerator! Since Glovo had issued a refund, I would have had to pay for another delivery. The operator on the phone refused to give it to the first Glovo that arrived, even though I said I'd pay for it on delivery. Unfortunately, some employees lack mental flexibility, lack problem-solving skills, have a predetermined plan, and can't solve a simple problem. Furthermore, I was told they didn't care about the negative review! It's clear they care about the company that pays them.

This Mac is beautiful.....clean, we ate well and the staff was very kind, not least a small parking lot available.

McDonald's quality! The place lives up to its reputation: clean, well-maintained, and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Nice, clean branch, friendly and competent staff. Special feature: Freshly made scrambled eggs for breakfast until 10:30 every day at a reasonable price and excellent quality. Great cappuccino and croissants. Best breakfast option and value for money in Ragusa.

The staff is very friendly. I love the toys on the children's menu. It's a change from what we have in France in terms of games in happy meals.
