McDonald's In Malnate

The ordering software has been changed and is now buggy and incomprehensible. It no longer issues receipts. The fries arrived cold and limp. I won't be going back.

In line with the MC Donald standard.

Neat and clean. Sometimes slow, not because of the staff's will, but because of rush hour, which tends to become congested due to the increased number of orders. At certain times, you should expect a wait. Alternatively, you can order and pay via the app and pick up in person.

Clearly the judgment is related to McDonald's in general... the one in Malnate stands out for its courtesy in the service

I won't dwell on the food, because we're talking about fast food after all. Decent. Like McDonald's, it holds up well compared to many others, remaining clean. The order turnaround times could be improved. I've often had to wait up to 20 minutes for a sandwich with fries and a Coke. The same thing happens at McDrive, because the kitchen is obviously the same. Unfortunately, it often happens that the order gets messed up. If I ask for a BIG Crispy McBacon, that's the sandwich. Not the small Crispy McBacon. Also because, on the receipt, it says I paid for the large version. If you add that, on top of the 20-minute wait (which, trust me, is unnerving after work), someone will leave without even telling you because it's not worth it, but that's not fair. Drinks are also often wrong, or, worse still, diluted with other drinks. If I ask for a Coke, I shouldn't smell the tea. The nuggets are often "possible." Even lukewarm. It seems like a lot, but it's not really. You just need to be more careful while working. You'd go from 3 stars to 5, as far as I'm concerned. On a positive note: I love your staff. Helpful, polite, friendly.
