McDonald's In Bologna

A very pleasant McDonald's, located in the very center of the city. You can order through a screen, and the order itself is ready for collection very quickly. The staff calls out order numbers in Italian and English. The interior is air-conditioned.

Like all other brand standardization, the only difference is that they do not apply the app promos, however very well indicated

Very good food, great service, the place is nice too just a little dirty.

I miss the Hot Devil sauce every day

McDonald's is a chain and the food is the same; the difference is made by the staff, customer service, etc. Unfortunately, the bathroom was dirty, but I think everyone is like that. They had two or three interns who were making a bit of a mess, but the manager was quick to fix it and provide good customer service.
