McDonald's In Roma

A typical Mac, but quite spacious and suitable for groups, located in a strategic location for both transit and transportation. The space is spacious with plenty of tables, plenty of free parking, and fast service both via kiosk and app. It's often crowded.

My son's birthday party was self-organized. Thanks to all the staff, especially Laura, who kindly helped me organize the party! Top staff...

Nice place for families with games for kids. There was no table service; when I asked, they said "pick up at the counter only." Disappointed.

Today, June 15, between 6:30 PM and 7:00 PM, I was served at the drive-thru by a truly kind and professional young man. Unfortunately, I didn't notice his name, but he greeted me with a smile; he was courteous, helpful, and very kind. It's always nice to meet people who put you at ease and leave you with a smile. A small gesture that made my day more enjoyable.

A very large McDonald's with both indoor and outdoor seating. The food is consistent with McDonald's quality. Very friendly staff.

Not pleasant, uncomfortable environment.

I'd like to congratulate the entire McDonald's staff, and especially manager Simone, for their impeccable handling of tonight's situation. Despite the order management system being completely blocked for over an hour and a half, they managed to remain calm, professional, and attentive to customers. In such a complicated situation, it would have been easy to create chaos and discontent, but Simone and his team handled everything with courtesy, organization, and a great deal of patience, without making anyone feel the inconvenience. My sincere congratulations for their professionalism and commitment. Staff like this make all the difference!
